9090 is the information service (“Service”)
launched by SAHARA NET on Short Message Service (“SMS”). This service shall
be provided by SAHARA NET through the mobile phone operator (“Operator”)
which would allow mobile phone users ("User”) to interact with the
Television Channels and the website of SAHARA NET through a single number 9090.
A User can access the service by typing the keyword to the number 9090
The information service to be provided shall include News, Sports, Contests,
entertainment, polls etc.
The service is provided by SAHARA NET for information purposes only. SAHARA NET
makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or
reliability of any information it contains. SAHARA NET assumes no responsibility
for errors or omissions in information or advice provided.
In case there is disturbance in relaying the Service or there is a breakdown,
SAHARA NET along with the Operator will use its efforts to ensure that the
defect is rectified at the earliest. In a situation where SAHARA NET is unable
to remedy the defect, SAHARA NET shall not be held liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.
All material under this service including without limitation, text, software,
photos, video, graphics, music and sound shall be accessed and used by the user
for personal purposes only.
It is expressly by the user agreed that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute
with SAHARA NET resides in the courts and the user expressly consents to the
exercise of jurisdiction in the courts in connection any such dispute.
Any notice given to SAHARA NET will be by registered post. Notices to SAHARA NET
by conventional mail must be sent to SAHARA NET, 2nd Floor, Sahara India Bhawan,
1 Kapoorthala Complex, Aliganj, Lucknow 226 024, Uttar Pradesh, India.
These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between SAHARA
NET and the user and shall supersede and override all previous communications,
either oral or written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter
of this Agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India.
This agreement supercedes all writings or understanding between the parties
which are contrary to or in consistent with the terms of this agreement.
